William C. Abbott, 70, of 822 Main St., Saxton, died at 3 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 1981 in Selinsgrove, Snyder County.

Born Feb. 11, 1911 in Saxton, he was the son of H. Cloyd and Elsie (Troutman) Abbott. His mother of Saxton survives.

He is also survived by three sisters: Mrs. Venetta Ross of Saxton, Mrs. Richard (Fay) Herlong of Monroe, La., and Mrs. Wilfred (Pauline) Sellers of Lewistown. One brother preceded him in death.

He was of the Reformed faith,

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 9, at the convenience of the family. Interment will be made in Grandview Cemetery, Saxton.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Albert N. Masood Funeral Chapel, Saxton.
