Surviving are five sons, Earl Foster of Attica, Henry of South Bend, Russell of Hoopeston, Earnest of Ambia, and Clem of Reynolds; three daughters. Miss Nellie Foster of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. Wilmer Ransom of Talbot, and Miss Mary Foster of Lafayette; two brothers, Perry of Salem, Wash., and Howard of Lockeford, Cal.; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Cassidy of Richfield, Wash.; 17 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
