She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband - Clarence Melvin Tolliver, her second husband - Russell V. "Sam" Noe, 4 brothers - Roy, Herley, Floyd and Gilbert Robbins and 3 sisters - Edna Dunn, Christine Robbins and Anna Grace Robbins.
