Entered into eternal rest on on May 26, 2021, at the age of 91. She was born in Grethel, Kentucky, on August 18, 1929. She was predeceased by her husbands, Norman Pink and John Allen; by her seven brothers and sisters, Curt, John, Bamie, Verdie, Richard, Sie, and Kenneth, whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her six children, Judith, Robert, Sally, Norman, David and Jeannine; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many nieces; nephews; special family friend, Mary Spence and many dear friends.
Rooney had a passion for sewing, tending her flower gardens, playing card games and BINGO.
She loved her family gatherings.
Her Calling Hours will be on Monday, June 7th, from 4-7 PM, at the Newcomer Funeral Home. Her Interment will be on June 8th, at 10:30 AM, in the White Haven Memorial Park
