Shirley Ann Whitely, 83, of New Boston passed away Tuesday June 1, 2021 at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth. She was born March 21, 1938 to the late Charles Barker and Della Mae (Prior) Barker in Paintsville, Ky.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Arrangements are under the direction of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg.
