Mrs. Huldah Mumford, the widow of Frank A. Mumford, passed away at her home near Clarksburg at 7:45a.m. Monday after a week's illness due to uremic poisoning. She was born near Chillicothe on March 20, 1865, and was the daughter of David and Hannah Morrison Consolver. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. Three sons Marcus, William, and Harry of Clarksburg, one daughter Miss Frances Mumford of the Adams Flats, two sisters Mrs. John Huston of Mt. Sterling and Mrs. John Orihood of New Holland, one brother Sherman Consolver of Laurelville, and three grandchildren survive.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the M. E. church at Clarksburg, Rev. Stephenson officiating and interment will be in Brown's Chapel cemetery.
