Debra worked for many years as a nurse and enjoyed many mission trips to Israel during her lifetime. She also was the recipient of a double lung transplant on March 6, 2018.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service Wednesday all at McKibben and Guinn.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Abernethy of Grenada; son, Robert "Trae" Arline of Grenada; one sister, Jerilynn Parish of Colorado; one brother, Parker Parish of Sheridan, AR; one granddaughter, Brittany Rogers of Pine Bluff, AR; and a great-grandson, Bryson Rogers of Pine Bluff, AR.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Henderson Parish; father, Gerald Koen; and a son, Christopher Arline.
Arrangements have been entrusted to McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada.
