PIONEER CLAY RESIDENT DIES
Henrietta, Jan. 2 (Special)
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday for Mrs. Catherine McCuen Snearly pioneer Clay County hotel operator who died Thursday in Henrietta hospital.
Mrs. Snearly, a resident of the county since 1882, opertaed the St. Elmo Hotel in Henrietta from 1885 to 1947.
Rosary was said Friday evening in Hawkins Funeral Home chapel in Henrietta. Funeral services will be at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Koeczewski officiating.
Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. W. S. Culwell and Mrs. P. H. Neville of Henrietta and Mrs. Louis Campbell of Oklahoma City; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
