Norwalk, Ohio - Donald M. Zuk, 85, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018, in the Portland House, Sandusky, Ohio. He was born January 12, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Adam and Mary (Palivoda) Zuk, and came to this area in 1949 from Cleveland, Ohio.

Don was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Firelands Post #2743 Veterans of Foreign Wars. Don retired from the Wooster Brush Company of Elyria, Ohio, and was a former employee of the Fanny Farmer Candy Company.

He is survived by a sister and a brother; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nora [Hartsock] Sherlock Zuk, by his step-daughter, Janie Sherlock, by his brothers, Robert Zuk, and Thomas Zuk, and by his sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Fitch. There will be no calling hours or service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.
