Donna Fay Henderson, age 61, of Vine Grove, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 6, 1959 in Louisville, KY, daughter of the late Kenneth Eugene & Grace Yvonne Davis Bandy. Donna retired from the production line at General Electric, and before that time she worked at Mother's Cookies. She loved to be around her large family, who shared that she "loved hard and fought harder". She bred dogs, she loved to dance, and she raised 3 daughters by herself, which was her greatest and most valued accomplishment. She is survived by her children, Danielle (Jason) Caswell of Brandenburg, KY, Brandon Alvey of Louisville, and Jamie (Kurt) Henley of Elizabethtown, KY; her soulmate, Charles Henderson; grandchildren, Jason Tyler Grubb, Johnathan Caswell, Wyatt Caswell, Dillon Manion, Milton Manion, Serenity Alvey, Reece Johnson, Makenna Perkins, Talon Perkins, Devon Henley, Dylan Henley, Kaitlyn Henley, Alexis Henderson, Paris Henderson, Tristen Henderson; and 1 great-grandchild, Emory Henley; brothers, Keith Bandy of Winston-Salem, NC, and Kevin Bandy of Vine Grove, KY; and sisters, Kim (Craig) Doner of Ekron, KY, and Laura Bandy of Elizabethtown. Funeral services will be held at Lincoln Trail Christian Church in Irvington, KY, on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 1 p.m. EDT with Bro.
