Floyd is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Smith of Florida; three sons; his twin brother Lloyd Smith of Joplin, Mo; his former wife and mother of his sons, Georgia Smith Severs of Joplin, Mo; several grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
