Keith is survived by his five children, Keenan Roush of Angola, Kent Roush of Angola, Glenn (Crystal Buzinec) Cormican of New Carlisle, Denny (Haydee) Cormican of Mishawaka, and Valerie (Eric) Smith of Lakeville; thirteen grandchildren, Rebecca, Austin, Aaron, Taylor, Hannah, Alivia, Trisha (Mike), Alicia, Pamela, Briar, Nathan, Amber, and Noah; four great grandchildren, Braxton, Jayce, Aviendha, and Andrew; and his sister, Patricia Holderead. Along with his parents and wife, Keith was also preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Smith.
Keith retired in 2004 as a heavy equipment operator with Operating Engineers Local 150 where he was employed for 27 years. He proudly served his country as a Combat Engineer with the United States Army. Keith was a member of the Lakeville American Legion. He loved raccoon hunting and was an avid fisherman for Blue Gill, Perch and Crappie. Keith loved finding his mess of morels and tinkering with small engines.He also enjoyed and loved every second with all of his family. Keith was loved and will be missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the Palmer Funeral Home, within the Palmer Community Complex, 601 N. Michigan Street, Lakeville. Rev. Ollie Dongell, pastor of Plymouth Wesleyan Church, will officiate. Military graveside services will follow at Bremen Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 1st, at the funeral home.
