Decew, Mrs. Ann, daughter of Leonard and Mary Fowell, was born in Westmoreland, England, Nov. 13 1815. In Oct., 1831, near Queenston, C.W., her parents died within 4 days of each other, and Ann went to live with her uncle, Clement Dixon at Decew Town, Thorold twp., In Sept. 1833, she married Edmond Decaw. She died in North Cayuga, Dec. 12, 1855; survived by her hisband and 7 children .
