She was a member of First Baptist Church, Ensley, a graduate of Western Olin High School, received a Bachelor's Degree from West Georgia College (Carrollton, Ga.), and a Master's Degree from Birmingham Southern College. Surviving is her son, Claude (Christal) Dixon; sister, LaDell Reeves, and grandchildren, Caleb, Corey, and Caden Dixon. Funeral service Fri. Nov. 16th at 12 Noon, from the church, 1508 - 19th Street.
