Sunset, Texas - Josephine Ann "JoAnn" Caglagis, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at age 87, at her home in Sunset, Texas surrounded by her family. JoAnn was a great friend and a sweet, loving, devoted mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Eddie Caglagis.
Survivors: Daughters, Brenda Woodall, Susan DeGroat and husband, John, and Lori Brown and husband, Carey; brother, Raymond Short and wife, Sue; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral: 12 p.m. Saturday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
