Records show that Mary died after 1840 and before 1847. Genealogy Trails Cumberland County gives 1845 as the peak year of the Cholera epidemic. And many of those who died were buried in unmarked graves in Wright Cemetery. Based on multiple census records she was born in the first half of 1790.

She married Abraham Icenogle in Montgomery County, Ohio on December 12, 1812. They had seven children live to become adults and at least one son died as a child.

Marriage records have her last name as Bruch. However a Prugh Family genealogical record of 1886 states she was the twelfth child of Conrad and Lucia Prugh and that she married a "Mr. Isenangle" in Ohio. Furthermore FAG has no one with the name Bruch in Preble County, Ohio, where per the 1820 US Census they lived, and 40 with the name Prugh. FAG has 9 named Bruch in Montgomery County, Ohio and 127 named Prugh.
