Nancy lived in Sebring Florida for the last two years and passed away suddenly from unexpected health issues. She was born on August 29, 1958 in Waupun, Wisconsin to Ralph and Helen (Bossenbroek) Hoekstra. She was of the Christian faith and was affiliated with the American Red Cross. Nancy enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, kayaking, and anything on the water, but her greatest enjoyments were her daughters, grand-babies, and her family and friends. She is survived by her mother, children all from Michigan; siblings, and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Hoekstra her brother James Hoekstra, and niece Annalise Deyoung. Memorial plans will be set in the future.
