Thomas E. Victory, 74, passed away June 30, 2021. He was born Nov. 18, 1946, in Des Moines, Iowa, to James and Darlene (Darr) Victory. Tom attended high school in Denver, Colo. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Army as a clerk and courier of top secret messages in the Pentagon and around the Washington D.C. area. Before attaining his Top Secret clearance, he was TDY to the burial detail at Arlington National Cemetery.

Tom attended college at the University of Detroit and Metropolitan State College with a major in Accounting. Most of his working career he was in Medical Management. For the last 20 years, Tom was affiliated with Baptist Health and was the owner of Stat Health Services. Tom was a member of the Spa City Bob and Swing Club and the Glory Barn Men's Breakfast Club. He enjoyed bowing with his church friends, golfing with his brother-in-law and hunting. The hunting camp was his "happy place."

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Loving survivors include his wife, Lynn; daughters, Katie Shreve (Nathan), of Lexington, Ky., and Brittney Yount (Nathan), of O'Fallon, Mo. He was blessed with two stepsons, Grant Jansma (Laurie), of Coos Bay, Ore., and Scott Jansma, of Hot Springs; along with Lynn's grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind sisters, Sandra Strait (Jerry), of Milliken, Colo., and Joann Urias, of Aurora, Colo.; brothers, Martin Victory, of Loveland, Colo., and Frances, of Louisville, Colo.; and grandchildren, Olivia, Benjamin, Annabelle, Virginia and Elsie.

His family and friends are forever grateful for the time we had to spend with him. We will forever share our memories of this warm-hearted, fun-loving man.

Honorary pallbearers will be Benjamin Tussey, Chris Victory, Bob Urias, Scott Jansma, Grant Jansma, Tommy Clemens, Larry Botsford, Craig Williams, Bob Falley, Roger Fuller, members of the Point View Hunting Club and the Glory Barn Church Men's Group.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 10, at the Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center (2529 Airport Road, Hot Springs) with Brother Jess Gideon officiating. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
