Survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Quackenbush; 2 daughters, Frances and Myrtle; 2 sons, Herbert and James of the home; father, Aberham Quackenbush, 2003 E. 32d st. terrace; brother, John Quackenbush, 811 (cannot read first number of the address) Tracy; sister, Mrs. Clifford Bailey, 2802 Summit. The body will lie in state at the residence of his sister, Mrs. Bailey, 2802 Summit, 4 p.m. Sunday until time of service, 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial Forest Hill cemetery."
