Mrs. SARAH A. McLELLAN
Mrs. Sarah A. L. McLellan, 85,
widow of Capt. Edgar McLellan,
who was lost at sea many years ago.
A former resident of Bath, and
well-known here, died last week
at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Fred Flewelling, at Strickland.
The funeral was Sunday and the body
was brought to Bath for interment
in Maple Grove. Mrs. McLellan was
admired by a host of friends for
her charming personality, being
always quiet and unassuming, but
always considerate of others.
She was an attendant of Wesley Church
when living here. She leaves
one daughter, Mrs. Flewelling;
two sons, Ed McLellan of Bath
and Frank S. McLellan of Newport, R.I.,
one grandson
and three grand-daughters.
