James Allan "Jim" Moxley, 65, of Sullivan, passed away, 10:42 a.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Bethany.
Jim was born January 22, 1956, in Decatur; the son of Norman and Mitza (Housel) Moxley. He married Linda J. Palmer on September 6, 1975, in Sullivan; she survives. He enjoyed classic cars and watching Illini Basketball. Jim loved spending time with his family and his dog Lucy.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Moxley of Sullivan; son, Jeremy (fiancée Kirsten) Moxley of Mattoon; grandchildren, Jax, Lily and Ivan Moxley.
Jim was preceded in death by his son, Jacob; parents; grandmother, Martha; sister, Cathy; brother, Timmy; aunt, Bessie Janes.
