Born June 30, 1909, in St. David to Abraham and Lenore C. Benham Bath, he married Charlene L. Wright on March 9, 1934, in Kahoka, Mo. She died June 14, 1972.
Two daughters, Shirley Bath and Sharon Swanson; one grandson; one greatgranddaughter; and two brothers also preceded him in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Anita (and Larry) Fraikes of Canton and Sandra (and Ellis) Kirkham of Powell, Wy.; and one sister, Anna Massingale of Cuba.
A member of United Mine Workers, he was a miner for Consolidated Coal Co. for several years, retiring in 1972.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
