Eden Layne Hankins, 56, of Maysville, passed away Saturday July 17, 2021 at Bluegrass Hope Care Center in Lexington, KY.

Eden was born August 14, 1964 in Maysville to the late Howard "Hudepohl" Hamilton and the late Geneve Poe McGrath. Eden held many jobs but most recently she was the General Manager of Maysville Best Western.

Survivors include her daughters, Jessica (Matt) Parker, Katie Sentney and Amy (Jake) Hewlett; a son-in-law Jimmy Brown; grandchildren, Eli Brown, Danny High, Riley Lykins, Lucas Parker, Nick Hewett, Kylor Smith, Alex McNutt, Bree Crago and Abigail Crago; sisters, Patricia Reed and Sam Werline; and brothers, Tom Hamilton and Mike Hamilton.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Dale Hankins; a daughter, Amy Brown; a grand-daughter, Taylor French; sister, Kim Sellers; and a brother, Bill Hamilton.

A celebration of life for Eden Hankins will be held on Saturday August 7, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Huntington Township Community Center in Aberdeen.
