Battle Creek (Michigan) Enquirer, 7 May 1963:
Mrs. Lena H. Rapsher, 81, of 15 Garrison Ave., widow of William F. Rapsher, died today in a local hospital where she had been a patient the last two months. She was born at Albion, a daughter of Henry and Minnie (Fondra) Kreger and was married there Jan. 7, 1911, to Mr. Rapsher. He died here Jan. 20, 1959. Surviving are a son, Arthur M. Rapsher of 317 Garfield Ave., a daughter, Mrs. Allen (Vivian) Preston of Tulsa, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Ida Baldt of Albion; a brother, Henry Kreger of Fresno, Calif. and four grandchildren. Mrs. Rapsher was a member of the Church of the Four Fold Gospel and of the auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.
