Mrs. Eleanor M. Gillmer, age 59, died at her home Dec. 26, 1975. She was born May 29, 1916 in Morley and lived in the Big Rapids area all of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; four sons, Gerald Chadwick of Connecticut, Allan Chadwick of Big Rapids, Raymond Gillmer of Louisiana, and James Gillmer of Rapid River; five grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Leone Tappenden of Rodney. Mrs. Betty Turpin of Grandville, and Mrs. Peg Hoffman of Grand Rapids; and one brother, Sam Workings of New Buffalo, Michigan.

Mrs. Gillmer was employed by Giantway for several years and was a member of the 3rd Avenue Methodist Church.

Burial will follow in the Martiny Cemetery.
