Shane was a native and lifelong resident of Carencro. He was a 1993 graduate of Teurlings Catholic High School. He then earned his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from USL (now ULL). He was employed as a civil engineer for the State of Louisiana.
Shane was a family man, a devoted husband, a great father and an incredibly hard worker. His pride and joy were his two boys and watching them excel in sports. He also enjoyed RV camping and cooking.
He was survived by his wife, Tammy Cormier Breaux; his two sons, his father, and his brother.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca "Becky" Marie Brown Breaux.
