Zeron "Zee" Bell, 83, of Henderson died Friday. He was born Jan. 16, 1918, in Goldfield. A resident for 73 years, he was a retired general contractor, a World War II Navy veteran and a lifetime member of Optimists International.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen; three daughters, Sharlee Bolding of Kingman, Ariz., and Karen Higgins and Daveen Montes, both of Las Vegas; one son, Wynn Bell of Las Vegas; two sisters, Wanda Lowe of Albuquerque, N.M., and Zaida Hanson of Yamhill, Ore.; 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
