'Nate' Nathanial Arthur Brady IV, age 31, of Kansas City, and Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at his residence. He was born December 7, 1985, in San Antonio, Texas, the son of Brian Arthur Brady and Katherine E. 'Sparks' McCoy. Nate was passionate about music, family and friends; his day was measured by the smiles he shared with his 'magnetic personality', corny jokes and the warmth in his heart. As a true 'nature boy', he loved fishing, hunting, and everything in nature. A 'true gentleman' and one of a kind soul that can never be matched, he will be missed tremendously; the world will be a much dimmer place without him. Forever in so many hearts, Nate is really 'Kind of a Big Deal!' Survivors include his father: Brian Brady of Baldwin City, Kan.; mother: Katherine 'Kathy' McCoy of Bland; one daughter: Staley E. Boulware; two sisters: Rosa McCoy (Courtney Penserum) of Rockport, Ill., Amy Crane (Dereak Lewis) of Knoxville, Tenn.; two brothers: Josh Hannum of Port Townsend, Wash., Jackson Brady of Baldwin City, Kan.; seven nephews: Dustin, Kai, Isaiah, Kareed, Armani, Axel, Chayton; two nieces: Mariah, and Lily. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Capital City Christian Church, 1608 Swifts Hwy., Jefferson City, MO 65109; with family and friends giving eulogies and sharing memories of Nate. Family and friends will be received from 1 p.m. until the time of service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
