Rev. Hill publishes a card this week calling on the Howard Methodists to erect a tombstone over the grave of John A. Nowlen, the first pastor of the Howard M.E. Church. His lonely grave in Grace Lawn Cemetery is unmarked by stone or tablet. [We believe the call was not heeded, and the grave is still unmarked]
