24 Dec 2006: R. Edward Weber, 66, Rebersburg, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at his home. Born March 22, 1940, in Rebersburg, he was a son of the late Clyde E. Weber and Dorothy G. Bailey. On Nov. 27, 1963, in Rebersburg, he married Donna Mae Gephart, who survives at home. Edward was a 1958 graduate of Penns Valley Area High School. He served in the Air National Guard, 112th AC and W. Flight USAFE with the rank of A2C. He was a member of Miles Township Fire Co. and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan. He was of the Protestant faith. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter Michele D. and her husband Larry A. Breon Jr. of Millheim; son Kevin E. and his wife Sue Weber of Roulette; granddaughter Elizabeth A. Freeman; grandson Tyler M. Breon; sisters Alice Floray of Centre Hall and Alda Dickman of Rebersburg; and brother Richard Weber of Pleasant Gap. He was preceded in death by brother Paul Weber. Memorial service Wednesday, Dec. 27, at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Rebersburg, Rev. Nancy Kuhns officiating. Private burial at the convience of the family at Lutheran Reformed Cemetery, Rebersburg. [Centre Daily]
