She had lived in Warren County and then the Hammond area for several years retiring in Florida in 1977. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Holy Cross Episcopal Church at Sanford, Fla. She had been a member of the Highland Garden Club and enjoyed a hobby of making and working with crafts for many years.
Surviving, besides the husband, are: a son, Larry Lewis, DeBary, Fla.; a daughter, Joan MacKinney, Arlington, Va.; two brothers, Joseph S. Bannon, Williamsport; Arlie L. Bannon, R.R. 3, Williamsport; six sisters, Elizabeth Briles and Mary Hoppes, both of Williamsport; Pauline Rice; Lafayette; Emogene Hetrick, Veedersburg; Josephine Warrick, Crawfordsville; Dorothy Asbury, Tucson, Ariz.; four - grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
