Fred Zurcher, Lebanon Dies
Fred Oscar Zurcher, 63, a long time resident of the Lebanon area, died at his home on Route 3 about noon Monday.
Mr. Zurcher was born July 14, 1891 at Hillsboro and spent his lifetime in Oregon, living in the Lebanon area for the past 40 years. A resident of the Liberty District, he worked as a laborer.
Survivors include his widow Pauline, Lebanon, four brothers, John and Clarence, Lebanon, Emil, Foster Louis, Portland. Nine sisters, Louise Saltmarsh, Lillie Lee and Bertha Richards, Lebanon, Grace Yarnell, Salem, Clara Fulton, California, Lida Godfrey, Emma LaCoste, Betty McFarlane, and Mary Elford, all of Portland.
Burial at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
