Graveside services for Arthur L. Wilson, 76, of Thatcher,
were held Wednesday in Mountain View Memorial
Gardens in Mesa.
Mr. Wilson, who died Sunday in Mount Graham Community
Hospital in Thatcher was a native of Nebraska. He began
learning to be a horse trainer when he was 12 years old.
He moved to Thatcher 25 years ago, later moved to Mesa
and returned to Thatcher two years ago.
Surviving in the local area is a daughter, Mrs. Geraldine
Jenses of Miami. Other survivors are his wife, Phoebe,
two sons, Richard of Westminster, California and Jess
Pease of Thatcher. Three daughters, Mrs. Jeanne Durham
of Muleshoe, Texas, Mrs. Etheline Mosey and Mrs. Alice
Kregar, both of Mesa. One sister out of state.
