Martha E. Ramona Margaret Tankersley, 64, Stanford, KY, passed away at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 9th, at Rockcastle Regional Hospital, Mt. Vernon, Kentucky. She was the wife of Homer Lloyd Tankersley. On 05/29/1982, they were married at Lancaster, Kentucky. Martha was born in Broughtontown, KY on February 18, 1957, a daughter of the late Mary Magdalene (Kidd) and Jim Calton. She was a retried nurse having served in healthcare profession for 37 years. She was a member the New Hope First Church of God. She truly enjoyed being a nurse and to give special care to her patient's. She loved her grandchildren. She loved sewing and crocheting. She enjoyed working in her flower garden.
