ROSEVILLE (Placer Co.), May 29 – Private funeral services for Charles A. Carnahan, 65, a retired Southern Pacific Company engineer, will be held in the Broyer Mortuary Wednesday at 11 A. M. Cremation will be in East Lawn, Sacramento.
Carnahan, who died yesterday in his home at 311 Berkley Avenue, was a native of Santa Monica. He was a member of the Masons in Dunsmuir, Siskiyou County, the Scottish Rite and the Shrine of Sacramento and the local lodge of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers.
Carnahan leaves his wife, Mrs. Atha B. Carnahan; his son, Jack Carnahan; his daughter, Mrs. Helen Johnson of Santa Monica, and a sister, Mrs. Florinda Sherman of Pasadena.
