Kelli Uhl, 13, and her sister, Jessica, 18, two teenage sisters who had just left a holiday family photo session were killed in a crash when an Illinois state trooper was cut off by another car and lost control of his car and struck their vehicle.
Jessica and Kelli are survived by their mother, Kimberly Dorsey, of Collinsville; their father, Brian Uhl, of Mascoutah; a sister, Madelyn Dorsey; a brother, Tony Uhl; and grandparents Barton and Patricia Foreman of Linn Creek, Mo., and Don and Kathy Uhl of Lancaster, Kan.
Kelli was an eighth-grader at Collinsville Middle School.
