Daughter of Daisy (Henricks) Williamson was adopted by her aunt and uncle Ben & Nellie H (Henricks) Brickman at the time of her mothers death.

Obituary reads:

Esta Belle, daughter of Nellie (Henricks) and Ben Brickman was born February 5, 1921 at Alva. She passed away suddenly at her home on the 15th of April at the age of 61 years, 2 months and 10 days.

She attended a rural grade school wes of Alva and graduated from the Keene, Texas Seventh Day Adventist High School. She was a piano student of Hazel Monfort and was accepted in the St. Louis Conservatory of Music. In January of 1940 she went to Denver where she worked at the Remington Arms Munition Plant and a number of other places.

Miss. Brickman was married to Adam Prowers on September 8, 1953 at Kirk Bonnie Brae in Denver. To their marriage a daughter Julie was born.

Following their marriage they lived at Pueblo, Colorado where she was employed by Zales Jewelry and Colorado Fuel and Iron Corporation. In April of 1958 they came to Alva. In 1970 she became the owner of the H & R Block Tax Service.

She was a member of the Meyer-Shiel America Legion Auxiliary and the Pi Mu Music Sorority. She was preceded in death by her father.

Esta Belle is survived by her husband Adam of the home and three daughters, Julie of Alva, Barbara Walker of Denver and Mary and her husband, James Johnson of Broomfield, Colorado. Seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He mother, Nellie Brickman of Alva. Several cousins, two nieces, a nephew, other relatives and friends.
