Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Jones and Son Chapel in Moselle for James Freddie Jones, 72, of Petal, who died Nov. 23, 2007, at his residence.
Burial will be at Lott Cemetery in Jones County.
Mr. Jones was a brick mason and member of Fifteenth St. Baptist Church of Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by a son, James Freddie Jones Jr.; a daughter, Kathy Jean Pittman; and his father James Lloyd Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Delores C. Jones of Gulfport; mother and stepfather, Minnie Mae and Harmon Watkins of Moselle; daughter, Edith Marie Payne of Gulport; sister, Mickie Fleming of Oak Grove; and three brothers, Larry Jones and Tommy Jones, both of Petal, and Eddie Jones of Eastabuchie.
Visitation will be from 12:30-2:00 p.m. today at the funeral home.
