Dennis E. Hornback, 82 former employee of Arvin Industries, died about 8 p.m.. Sunday at Bartholomew, county hospital. Ill several years, he had been in serious condition the last two months.
He lived on Nashville, route 6, in the Bellsville community. Mr. Hornback had lived at 807 Gladstone avenue until his retirement 22 years ago.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Barkes and Inlow funeral home with burial at Garland Brook cemetery. Del L. Wininger will read the rites. Persons may call at the funeral home after 6 o'clock tonight.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Born Feb. 2, 1881 [1884], he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Hornback. His wife, the former Mrs. Emma J. Strawn, whom he married April 30, 1921, survives. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
