Charles Coyle was born about 1805 (according to census records) in Ireland. He married Anne Lee and together they had 5 children: Hugh (1832-1886), Mary (1834-1913) Mathew (1836-1867), Patrick (1839-1899) and Walter (1845-1922). I have found baptismal records for the first 3. The other 2 are mentioned in census records as well as Charles' will. All except Mathew (already deceased) were mentioned in the probate notice in the newspaper. The family arrived in the United States in approximately 1850. Anne died after the 1870 census but before Charles' death. I have been unable to find any record of burial for Charles, Anne, Patrick or Walter. Presumably they were all living on Staten Island at the time of their death and would have been buried thereabouts, mostly likely in a Catholic cemetery.
