FRANK ELLISON, NEAR COOKS MILLS, IS DEAD Frank Ellison died at 12:45 o'clock Sunday morning at his home two and a half miles northwest of Cooks Mills. He had been ill a long time, but death was due to a stroke ot apoplexy sustained at noon Saturday. The funeral will be held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Pleasant Grove Baptist church in Cooks Mills. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove cemetery near there.
Mr. Ellison was born Feb. 17, 1876, within a short distance of the farm where he died. Mrs. Ellison, formerly Miss Mayme Balter, has been teaching school for several years. He leaves besides the widow, a son, William Ellison; two brothers, William Ellison of Texas and Walter Ellison of near Cooks Mills: three sisters, Mrs. W. E. Fleming, Mrs. Raymond Daily and Miss May Ellison, all living near Cooks Mills.
