Long Illness Is Fatal To Mrs. Effie Booth.
Mrs. Effie Booth, 71, died at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the home of Miss Lura Draper, 216 North Second street, where she had made her home for two years. She had been ill for several months and was bedfast.
Mrs. Booth was the widow of Dana Booth, an early day printer and employe of the Traveler. He died several years ago in Tulsa after which she returned to this city to reside.
The only surviving relative is a son, Eugene Booth of Tulsa, who will come here to make final funeral arrangements. Burial will be in Parker cemetery. The Oldroyd Funeral Directors are in charge.

Funeral Rites Held For Mrs. Effie Booth.
Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Booth were held Thursday afternoon in the Oldroyd chapel.
The Rev. Edwin Michael of Central Christian church officiated, assisted by the Rev. F.E. Rohl of the First Methodist church. Mrs. Roy Rogers was the vocalist.
Pallbearers were Beryl Waltrip, Lute Jones, C.G. Holmsten, W.H. Holmes, J.O. Goodnight and George Gragg.
Interment was in Parker Cemetery.
