John Ludwig Albright (1761-1816) enlisted, 1782, at the age of twenty-one years serving in the North Carolina troops and was discharged by the commander-in-chief at the close of the war. He died in Orange County, North Carolina. He left the Guilford County, North Carolina homestead about 1805 for Haywood County, in western Tennessee and later moved to Marshall County, Mississippi.
