D J was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. He was a 10th grader at Northside High School. He loved playing music with his friends. His grandfather, Walter McInturff, preceded him in death. Survivors include his parents, David and Melonie McInturff, and his siblings, Amber and Zachary McInturff, Warner Robins; maternal grandparents, Harold and Miriam Dumas, Milledgeville; paternal grandmother, Gail Kegarise, Cookville, Tennessee; Mimi, Connie McInturff; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. DJ passed away after jumping off a structure and rupturing his spleen.
