NOTE: Rachel's mother, Obie married Lacy Ferguson on 6 October 1920 in Lawrence County, Ohio, making him Rachel's biological father. According to the marriage record, this was her first marriage. I found another marriage record for her and Roscoe (Ross) Lewis, born 5 July 1900, in Lawrence County, Ohio. This record (dated 18 March 1922) shows that she was divorced prior to her second marriage. -- Research by Jamie Fink
