Collins E. Butler Dec. 8. 1919-Apnl 24, 1990 MISHAWAKA
Private memorial services for Collins E. Buzz Butler, 70, of 301 N. Hawthorne Drive, who died at 6:03 a.m. Tuesday at St Josephs Medical Center, were to be this morning in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Cremation was to take place at Riverview Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to any children's organization.
Mr. Butler retired in 1972 from the U.S. Postal Service after 27 years of service. He was born Dec. 8, 1919, in Williamsport Pa, and lived in the Michiana area most of his life, coming from Pennsylvania. On Oct. 2, 1940, in Mishawaka, he married Beatrice Emerick. She survives with a daughter, Bonnie Barnes of Nappanee; a son, Jeffery E. of South Bend; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Esther Hanley of Bremen. He was a veteran of World War II.
