Phillip C. Wasson, 78 died Sept. 1, 2003.
He was born in Akron, Ohio, and was a resident of Fort Pierce since 1971, coming from Brunswick, Ga.
Mr. Wasson was a U.S. Navy veteran for 23 years.
He was an avid sports fan.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Mabel Wasson; daughters Kathi Martinez and Kerry Law both of Fort Pierce; sister Marie Hodges of Kissimmee; and three grandchildren.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Westside Baptist Church, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow in White City Cemetery.
