MILLS - On Sunday morning the 21st the death angel called Mrs. Martha Mills who had lived near Vidette in this county. Deceased was about 75 years old and while she had been in feeble health for several months, she died of old age. She leaves surviving, her husband Mr. I. L. Mills Sr., two daughters, Mrs. Curtis Campbell and Mrs. Elisha Davis of this county and five sons: Isaac L. Mills Jr. who now lives in Conecuh county, this state and James, Jack, Dolf and Ervin who are in Texas. Her remains were interred at New Harmony cemetery on Monday following her death, the Rev. R. F. Hawkins officiating. Deceased was a member of the Missionary Baptist church and lived a Christian life.
