WICHITA — Paul Joslin, 62, of Wichita passed away Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020.

Paul W.S. Joslin was born on March 20, 1958, in Parsons to Gene and Mary Bess Joslin. He was an accomplished scholar, earning a bachelor's degree in music at the University of Kansas, a master's in musical composition from the American Music Conservatory, and a doctor of musical arts and juris doctor degree from the University of Missouri — Kansas City.

He was married on May 16, 1997.

He is survived by his wife, Mia Joslin; a son, Adam Joslin and his wife, Gabriela; and his brothers, Charlie and his wife, Denise, and Harrison and his wife, Virginia.

He will be missed very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Ann; and a nephew, Spencer Harrison Joslin.

The service will be at 1 p.m. Friday (today) at Clearwater United Methodist Church, 130 N. First, Clearwater.

Memorials are suggested to the CUMC Endowment Fund, 130 N. First, Clearwater, KS, 67026. The Webb-Shinkle Mortuary (www.wsmortuary.com), Clearwater, is in charge of arrangements.
