Ida was the daughter of Ephraim and Sarah (Stoever) Fry. She never married. She lived alone and died when there was a gas leak in her home. After coming home from work, she turned up the furnace and there was and an explosion. She made it out of the house and a neighbor extinguished the flames, but the injuries were too great and she only lived a few more days.She was my great aunt.
